Can't recommend these guys enough.Anyone looking to source some exceptional timber either for a commercial or home project should reach out to Carabooda Timber. I couldn't be happy with the single slabs we sourced for our board room table and two executive desks. We found Carabooda easy to deal with, they knew their stuff and really went the extra mile to provide a great service. They also make a mean cup of tea!

I have bought timber from the Timber Traders for the last couple of years. The guys here are always helpful and have a wealth of knowledge between them. Excellent selection of quality native hardwoods and always interesting to see the latest projects they're working on in their workshop. I would highly recommend Fremantle Timber Traders!

I cannot say enough good things about the Timber Traders. I called several local wood shops in the area for a project our company was working on and they were hands down the easiest to work with. You deal directly with the owner and the master woodworker Grant. Their work is truly extraordinary and we will forever cherish this stunning conference table. Don't waste your time anywhere else. I promise you will be more than happy with this company. They are all about the finer points!

Was scammed $350 for a delivery of firewood last month, paid but not delivered, attempted to retrieve funds via bank and advised Police on Reportcyber.Attempted to contact business in good faith but no response by phone or email.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

We had very beautiful bench top for our kitchen island and the team is very professional .

Had to build a fence for our horse enclosure and had no idea how much wood we would need to complete the job, after talking on the phone with Jennifer she helped me get the correct measurements and perfect amount of wood needed to make an amazing fence out of great quality materials

Great service

I arranged with these folks to drop us off some wood a month in advance, however they never turned up. There was no phone call or email to explain why. I had to contact them, and they advised the car had broken down. They said they'd be in touch when it was fixed. Never heard from them again. It was a bit inconvenient - I'd already ran out wood, and had arranged a day where I had the next day off to chop/put the wood away. In the end I bought firewood from another supplier.

This business is only 5 stars because of the current staff (Grant, Kath and Mark) and the quality wood. - Ace Firewood started to go downhill fast last year when it was sold and the new staff that came in had little regard for customer service.Thank goodness Grant and the original staff like Kath who answers the phones and Mark (great delivery driver) were brought back about 6-12 months later and the customer service picked up again as I was thinking I would need to find a new firewood supplier.To the new owner, please value these original staff members, they are what made this company (the asset you purchased) what it is. Without them it's no longer the same company, apart from the name.Please listen to them and allow them to continue with the great customer service. Example, once I got a load of wood that was too wet, Kath organised with Grant to send a new load at no charge. - That is good service.If you focus on good customer service, the bottom line will take care of itself. - I'll stick with Ace Firewood as long as they continue with the staff that provide great service and good quality wood. - P.S The small 2 tone style blue trucks are a perfect size for tight driveways, they are just getting old. - Thank you for bringing back the original crew to run the business, make sure you keep them and your wood supplier.
